GENERAL INFORMATION

KEYS

Your room key doubles as the energy key. Place it into the switch by the entrance door to power your apartment. Please leave the keys at the reception when you leave the hotel premises. Lost room key fee is $100, as we replace the whole lock and have to provide a new energy key.

ENERGY CONSERVATION

As part of our energy conservation efforts, we only provide one energy key per apartment. A second one will not be provided. Please do not leave the energy key in the energy slot when you leave your room, and please do not remove the door key from the keyring. Damaged energy cards carry a $50 replacement fee.

RECYCLING POLICY

You will find two garbage bins in the kitchens. Blue lids are for mixed packaging materials (aluminum cans, plastic bottles, paper, foil, food wrappings, etc.) and the gray lids are for other waste. You will also find an additional battery disposal unit at the reception entrance.

CLEANING

Your apartment is serviced daily from 09:00 till 17:00. General cleaning and waste disposals are done on a daily basis. Bedsheets and towels are changed once every three days, unless otherwise requested. Please keep the rooms and kitchens as clean as possible; any room reported to be extraordinarily dirty will incur a surcharge of $25 for extra cleaning.

AIR CONDITIONING

Every air conditioning unit has its own remote control. In order to conserve energy, please make sure the doors and windows are closed when you turn on the air conditioners. Lost or damaged remote controls carry a $25 replacement fee.

SAFETY DEPOSIT

Every room is equipped with a safety deposit. You may get your key from the reception free of charge. Lost safety deposit keys are subject to a $50 replacement fee. Please note that our Hotel does not bear any responsibility and does not accept any liability for valuables left in the rooms.

NO SMOKING

We adhere to a strict no-smoking policy in all of our rooms. In addition, smoking indoors at public spaces is prohibited by Turkish law. Our designated smoking spot is our garden terrace. A cleaning charge of $100 will be collected if our no smoking policy is violated.

ELECTRICITY

Voltage is European standard 220V. While we do not carry converters (110V to 220V and vice versa), our reception can provide you with plug converters to fit into our European standard electricity sockets.

TELEPHONE

Land lines in your apartment allow internal calls only. Your incoming calls will be connected through the switchboard. Please contact the reception if you wish to make outside calls.

TELEVISION

The channels on the TVs are prefixed. You can find the channel list in your apartments. You may connect the TVs to your laptop units using HDMI cables to view streaming services on larger screens.

AMENITIES

Iron, ironing board and drying racks are provided upon your request, free of charge. While all rooms are fitted with cooking ware or necessary cleaning materials, you can always ask for more by calling our reception.

EMERGENCY

In case of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please contact the reception (# Dial 0) for immediate assistance. We may also assist you with a doctor appointment, PCR tests and similar needs.

FIRE SAFETY

Please make sure that the gas operated stoves are closed when not used. Every kitchen comes with a smoke and heat detector, which is connected to the reception. You may also find fire extinguishers in the staircases. Also, there are fire sprinklers connected to every room.

MONEY EXCHANGE

There is an ATM machine situated 5 minutes of walk from the Hotel. There are also exchange offices nearby. By law, our reception cannot provide you with money exchange services, but we will be more than happy to assist you in directing you to the right place.

LOST & FOUND

Every room is inspected by the Floor Manager following check-out. Personal items that are found are logged, bagged and moved to our storage room for safekeeping. If these items are shippable, they can be shipped to you, given that the cost is covered by your party. Items that remain unclaimed for six months are disposed of or given to charity.

PRAYER

The direction of Qibla has been marked on your TV sets with a sticker. In addition, we can provide prayer mats. Please contact reception if in need of anything.

CHILDREN & SAFETY

Children under 16 years of age shall be under direct adult supervision at all times. Please keep children away from the balconies and always supervise when using the elevator.

DRY CLEANING SERVICE

We can help you with your dry cleaning needs. Please reach out to the reception for rates and approximate delivery times, which is generally by the evening of the next day.

PARTY AND NOISE POLICY

Since our property is a family friendly space, we do not allow for parties within our apartments, unless explicitly given permission by the Front Desk. We kindly ask you to reduce indoor and outdoor activities after 22:00 within the Hotel’s premises.

GUEST REGISTRATION

All guests that wish to be accommodated in our apartments need to be registered at the Front Desk with proper government issued IDs or valid passports. Guests who have not been registered or declared may not enter the rooms, unless by explicit permission of the front office staff.

DAMAGES

Normal wear and tear is within the nature of hospitality service. However, damage beyond normal usage will be charged, depending on the extent of the damage.

TIPPING

While tipping is entirely at your discretion, we highly recommend it! We suggest $2 per room per night for housekeeping staff, $5 for our front desk staff who helped you with your luggage, or $20 into our tip box at the reception.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is latest at 12:00. Please inform the reception for a late check-out, which is subject to availability, subject to a fee of $30. After 17:00, an additional night’s rate will be charged. Please contact the reception one day before departure for availability.

BEFORE YOU GO

It takes about 30 minutes to Sabiha Gökcen Airport and 75 minutes to Istanbul Airport by taxi. It may also take an additional 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive, depending on the season and time of day. We recommend you to take these into consideration before departing the Hotel.

Have you visited our cafeteria?

We have complimentary filtered coffee, instant coffee, Turkish coffee, herbal tea and freshly brewed Turkish tea at our cafeteria.

There is also a vending machine where you can supply all your cold drinks, including bottled water.

You can ask for change from the reception.

TAXI

Taxi usually takes 5-15 minutes to arrive, depending on availabilities. We highly recommend ordering a taxi at least 60 minutes before leaving for the Airports.

TRANSFER

We can arrange your departure transfers. We highly recommend to request transfers at least 3 days before arrival during high season.

PRIVATE VEHICLE

We can arrange daily private vehicles with drivers. Please refer to the reception for pricing and scheduling information.
